About Rosicki, Rosicki, and Associates
Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates (RR&A) provide legal assistance related to mortgages and foreclosures throughout New York and the United States. The firm’s founders, Cynthia and Tom Rosicki, have decades of legal experience. In 1994, they founded Rosicki, Rosicki and Associates in order to provide ethical, high quality service focused on foreclosures, bankruptcies, and evictions. RR&A has offices in Plainview, Batavia, and Fishkill, New York, and operates nationally through its Nationwide Default Servicing division.
Currently, in addition to its founders, the firm has two partners, Kelly Ann Poole and Craig Wolfson. Wolfson recently received an invitation to serve on the Workforce Development Committee of the New York State Rehabilitation Council. He has also been recognized for his work in finding employment for visually impaired residents of New York. RR&A also employs five other attorneys at its offices.
Many employees of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates support the Association for the Help of Retarded Children (AHRC) with either monetary donations or volunteer work. The Long Island charity provides services to over 2,200 people with disabilities and their families. Tom Rosicki serves on the board for AHRC and is a past board president. In 2008, Cynthia and Tom Rosicki received AHRC’s Leadership Award.
The firm also provides support to the Hunter’s Hope foundation. Hunter’s Hope raises funds to support research on Krabbe’s disease and related leukodystrophies. These inherited diseases affect the body’s nervous system. Currently, the disorders are poorly understood, but Hunter’s Hope provides funding for a research institute at the University at Buffalo in New York.
